  1. How we helped:

    AFM Facilities, a rapidly expanding facilities management company in Dublin, needed a fast and effective solution to grow their office space in  line with their future plans. The new office needed to be installed quickly, take up minimal space, and have the flexibility to relocate if necessary. Alongside these practical needs, AFM Facilities wanted a sustainable solution that didn't compromise on quality or functionality.

    Portakabin collaborated closely with the Warehouse and Purchasing Manager and Facilities Director to design a space that met their specific needs. The solution? A versatile Portakabin Solus module tailored to provide an open-plan office for the growing team while also giving the Facilities Director her own dedicated productive environment.

    The building was delivered fully equipped with step access, fire alarms and extinguishers for safety, and additional power points for convenience. The modular design not only offers a high-quality workspace today but also ensures AFM Facilities can expand, adapt, or relocate their office as their needs evolve - a perfect fit for their dynamic growth.
